So I have a very old Graphire 2 wacom tablet that has been sitting in a drawer for the last 5 years. Yes, yes I know its truly a crime. One of the reasons I never got around to using it is because, 1. I no longer have the installer cd (doesn't matter because I use linux now) and 2. the pen died/disappeared/was kidnapped by aliens long ago. I am hoping to order a new pen and get to work on learning computer art. I don't know if this will help me at all but I know I hate using a mouse to draw!

Note to all of you, wishing to get a wacom tablet: On the wacom site they sell refurbished models (which is what mine is). You can find older used models for as little as $50 on craigslist. Ebay offers some good deals as well. The nice one I found on craigslist was a very nice almost new intuos with all the bells and whistles for around $200 (those of you that have done your homework on wacom tablets know that is a steal). There is always the risk that it won't work but hey you might get a jewel!
